Huaxin is an IC Design & IC Turnkey services company, who also provide Engineering Conuslting and IC Training Services. Our Design services is build on a foundation of strong IP portfolio that includes Core IPs from MIPS and 700+ Design IPs, RF IPs & VIPs.  Our mature IPs are silicon-proven, and covers the needs of all kinds of digital SoC and mixed signal SoC. At the same time, we have also accumulated abundant resources in EDA Tools, Foundry, Packaging & Testing to provide services from IC specification definition to mass production. Our key differentiation for IC Design service is the large pool of world class engineers that we have across India, Taiwan & Japan.

Huaxin helps companies reduce the threshold for domestic IC design, help system design companies and IC design companies rapidly launch products in the market, improve the technical level and competitiveness of domestic SoC companies, and promote the development of the domestic IC industry. We do this through providing Engineering Consulting services (in addition to our IC Design Services). Our Engineering Consulting helps client transform their R&D Processes (NPD) and Operations, we also help clients take thier new product ideas to a realiziable IC Specificion.

Huaxin carries out school-enterprise cooperation with domestic colleges and universities, to create a pool a highly capable students who can be productive from Day 1 in the companies they join, we do this by helping create set of professional textbooks in line with the actual situation in China by with foreign textbooks as a reference, by helping improve the teaching level of SoC in domestic universities and to achieve international standards, by providing training to the student and finally by giving the students real project experience. We provide the project experience through cooperation between domestic colleges/universities, that is mutually benefincial, i.e. to train and provide professional SoC design talents for China, and to develop the innovative IC. Huaxin is committed to building the “Whampoa Military Academy” of SoC in China.
